NVIDIA has launched a beta version of its updated NVIDIA App (version 11.0.6). The full release is scheduled for January 13, but users can access it early right now by enabling the beta testing option in settings. This is essential for leveraging the DLSS 4.5 Super Resolution technology.
The update introduces several major enhancements. The control panel now includes new NVIDIA Surround features like hotkey support and bezel correction, along with improved monitoring tools such as debug mode and GPU performance counters.
A variety of bugs have also been resolved, including the app overlay disappearing after resolution changes, incorrect 150 Mbps recording bitrate after reboots, issues with the recording save folder, and blank images captured in Super Resolution mode on 50-series GPUs.
